What to bring other than the obvious stuff:
- Ethernet cable (Straight pair not crossover, preferably CAT5 or CAT6 for speed reasons)
- Munchies or drinks. The more the better.
- Headphones.

- Internet access will be provided just in case.
- If you need us to provide a copy of a game let us know.
- If you want to invite a friend, let us know before it's too late.

If you don't have the games upgraded to the required versions, don't worry. We have the updates and you can get them when you are on the network at 200Mb/sec so you don't have to worry about finding/downloading them.

Unreal Tournament:
- Must be upgraded to v436
- Bonus Packs 1-4 Recommended

Quake 3:
- Must be upgraded to 1.31

Starcraft Brood Wars:
- Must be upgraded to 1.09

The dedicated server will be a PowerMac 8500 with the following specs:
- 180Mhz 604e (If you say it's slow I'll kick your ass!)
- 288MB RAM
- A whopping 2GB SCSI HD
- One built in 10baseT ethernet port and one 10/100 Asante PCI Ethernet card
- Analog Video In/Out

The gaming network will be made up of:
- 1 10/100 Linksys 4 port switched router
- 1 10/100 Linksys 8 port switch
- 1 10/100 Linksys 5 port hub

The internet connection will be provided by a shared a Linksys cable modem running at 3000/300. If possible, we will try multihoming the router to provide 9000/900 but I doubt that is possible.
